Ok guys
So it's not long to go now and I know a lot of us are getting into the 10 day taper madness stage
so I was just wondering what everyone plans to do in the last 10 days leading up to the race, any rituals that help you get through? Any last minute things to help your body and mind prepare? Do you run the day before a few miles? Or do you take the day off before? Do you carb deplete then load? Of do you stick to your regular diet? Just curious how everybody is going to pass these days!
