I have been doing a GREAT job of maintaining for months now.
Unfortunately, I am starting to feel impatient to go ahead and get down to my goal weight and will have to ONCE AGAIN kick my weight loss into high gear with a stint of KISSing. I eat low carb and KISS is a bare bones approach that ALWAYS works for me. It is BORING though ... so not something I want to be doing long term. But it works everytime to get weight loss moving and since I am READY to be done with that phase... I am...

I weighed in at 142 this morning - comfortable (slightly loose) size 8. My goal is 135 and/or a comfortable (slightly loose) size 6.
Anyone want to join me and keep me company?!
