Final plans!!!!! Any advice/tips?

Thanks to EVERYONE who helped me with my trip!!! We have finally made firm plans. We've decided to stay 3 nights at the All Star Resort followed by 3 nights at AKL at the $139 rate!! We bid on priceline for our last night for an airport hotel and got the Hyatt Regency Airport hotel. Anyone know anything about this hotel? All I know is that it's right at the airport so transportation won't be a problem! Yeah!

Thanks again for all your help. Anyone have any tips to offer on any of these hotels, I'd greatly appreciate! I can't thank you all enough!!!

Best tip: just go with the flow.......relax and don't let little mishaps ruin a wonderful vacation.

That's great CJK! I'm thinking of spending three nights in one of the deluxe resorts and I'm still deciding between BC and WL. I really want to try the pool, but I'm not sure if its worth the extra $$.

Hey bunnyfoo! I can't help with the $$ issue, but I do know that my parents stayed at the BC a couple years ago and loved it so much, they didn't even go to any of the parks! They stayed in the pool and enjoyed the boardwalk! When's your trip again?

My trip's May13-24! If only I'd won the Super 7, I wouldn't have so many decisions to think through *lol* We're thinking of another trip for December which is why I'm trying to budget this trip a little more carefully. Maybe I'll just put in a couple more hours at work so I won't have to think about $$ so much

Hi. I just returned from Disney yesterday! Have Fun! My suggestion is to go EARLY. We were at every early entry at the opening and it was wonderful. We rode more rides the first one hour than all day. Actually, even until 10/11 AM we were able to get on many rides. We visited the AKL and LOVED it. It is absolutely beautiful. I know you will have a great time.

Can I ask what the priceline cost was for the airport hotel? That looked beautiful too and of course...you can't beat the location!

Hi! Wow, sounds like you had an amazing time! Thanks for the tip! We got the Hyatt for $31 on priceline. I understand this hotel rarely comes up so we feel even more priveleged! We have an early flight the next day so I particularly love the location of the Hyatt! Are you doing a trip report?

The Hyatt looked beautiful. Your rate is unbelievable. I am not going to do a trip report, but any other questions you have, I'd be happy to answer. My family is tired about talking about Disney...and I could talk about it forever! I spent a lot of time reading EVERYTHING on these boards and it was VERY helpful...overwelming, but really valuable. Now that I've been there it all makes sense, however, I had not been to Disney for a long time, so it was all new to me!

Again, go for the early entry. My family wasn't happy getting up early...until they saw the lines after we had lunch and when they saw the lines of people entering the park around 11! They have agreed that it was worth it. Also, how old are your children. We brought a stroller for our 5 year old. He's in preschool and the walking would have killed him. We also liked having a place to put our water and snacks.

I did think of one more thing that my family enjoyed. We did the parks every other day. They liked the day off to relax and were ready to go the next. We had park hopper passes that are good forever...so now we still have 2 days left!

Great idea! Having the extra parkhoppers will be incentive to go back!! Your trip just sounds terrific. This is our last trip to Disney for a while so I'm trying to make the most of it. We're considering starting a family soon and dh wants to wait to go after we have kids to enjoy it too. If I think of anymore questions, I'll know who to ask!! Thanks for all of your help!!

The Hyatt is very nice-we stayed there our last night in June '02.
The bellman will bring your luggage right to the counter. Your rate is awesome!! Have a great trip.
