I have a couple of questions about final payment:
Is it available to be paid online again? I've heard/seen that it has been down for quite some time and that people have had to call. Will I still be able to apply gift cards if I have to pay over the phone?
When booking our trip it did not offer trip insurance. Is this something that I can add upon final payment? On previous trips we booked airfare via Disney so it offered the insurance right away. I am assuming there is some insurance available to cover the thousands paid upon final payment if, unfortunately, something happens? (We had a medical emergency last year and I'll be forever skittish that something like that might happen before or during a trip now!)

RO stands for a Room Only reservation and those you have to call to make any type of payment.
