Disney Dreams sent me two pics to post for her.

I am glad that you are enjoying the trees. I put the information for all persons receiving the tree on the outside of the box. I also cut out names and dates of each person receiving the tree. You can tape those to the outside. I just don't understand why they were so confused. The names of the first recipients were on the shipping label.

Arrived at VWL today..........no tree waiting for us.
Bell Services had no idea what I was talking about. I was sent to concierge. Helpful fellow. Didn't know about it but looked all over and did find someone that knew about it....but no tree.
Do you have the name of the person that signed for it?? and they will go from there.

Sent Meriweather the info - luckily the previous familiy is still at VWL until Sunday, so hopefully the two of them together will figure it out!

A hint - when dropping the tree with Bell Services for the next family, note the name of the person who takes the tree. Even better, snap a photo of them too!

These details often can help solve mysteries when things go missing!

Yes, the tree was found!! thank goodness.
It was delivered at 11 PM last night We were asleep and they didn't give up until they got in!! It is now set up and we are enjoying it.

VWL tree #1 is still at BWV, but being delivered to VWL today. We arrive on Friday! Our DGC's family will be spending that night in WL, can't wait to begin our pre-Christmas DVC trip!

Checked into Saratoga Springs yesterday, the tree was waiting for us which was exciting! So we get to the room and open the box and there is no way the bottom of the tree will ever fit in the stand. I never thought to check out the tree before I shipped it so....the good news is the tree is here, the bad news is its useless....and the good news is I called We Go Shop and they are picking up a new one for me today! Probably should have done that from the start. Oh well....at will all work out.

Checked into the Beach Club Villas today but no one could find a package for us. We checked with bell services, the front desk and the business center. If the person who mailed it could verify how it was mailed and who signed for it, hopefully that might help?

At OKW and enjoying the tree here! Bell services had no problem finding our tree. I am adding the name of the next person to the box. It is beautiful and decorated with tropical ornaments.Thanks so much!

I love themed trees. We donated one of the Kidani trees and I had fun decorating with a safari/jungle theme.

We arrive on Friday and will be picking up the Jambo tree
