So after going back and forth on a few ressies I've come up with this, its my second dw trip and the first I've planned myself. Be gentle.
Arrival day Jan 30th

Sat Jan 31st- lunch at mama melroses 3:50 (part of fantasmic package)
Dinner at scfi dine in 8:20 (park closes at 9 that day)

Sun feb 1st Dinner splitsville lanes 6:15

Mon feb 2nd lunch at rose and crown pub 1:00
Dinner at spice road table 7:00

Tues feb 3rd Breakfast at crystal palace 8:30
dinner at bog 6:15

weds: feb 4th illuminations dessert party 8:00

thurs feb 5th lunch liberty tree tavern 1:25
tomorrow land desert party 8:00

We're on the regular dining plan if that helps and have hoppers with our 6 day tickets.

The only thing that jumps out at me is that you might have more table service meals planned than you credits (assuming you're staying 6 nights - based on the ticket length and park schedule). If you're staying for 6-nights, you only have 6 TS credits, but 8 table service meals.

we actually are booked for 7 nights, and were planning on paying for the fantasmic package oop, but thank you very much for pointing that out.

I think the F! dining package at Mama Melrose only costs 1 TS credit. If that is the case, then I would consider using a TS credit here and paying OOP for one of the other meals. Places like R&C and LTT at lunch are not very expensive (compared to other WDW venues), so you might look to see if those are less expensive OOP compared to the F! package.

hmmm, I hadn't even considered using a ts credit for the fantasmic package for some reason I thought it was excluded. Thanks for the advice :wave2:

I think you've made really good choices, especially how you've spaced out your table service meals so you're not still stuffed from one when you get to the next. You have some of my favorite restaurants on your list, and some that I haven't tried yet!

As long as you're considering which meal to pay cash for, check out the Splitsville menu--if you're planning on pizza then this might be the one. We were there last year and thought the pizza was a great deal--$15 for a large pizza that fed 3 big kids (including 2 teenagers) for lunch (to be fair, we also ordered sushi). If you're not planning on pizza then it's still inexpensive by Disney standards, but you'd have to compare it to the other menus and make some guesses about which will be a cheaper meal.

Have you identified a list of quick-service restaurants to aim for, or are you just going to go with the flow on those?

On our mk days we'll probably do columbia harbour house and the friars nook. Do pizza planet on our dhs day ( i know it doesn't get the best reviews but toy story is my favorite disney movie so i mainly go for the experience). La cantina de san angel on our epcot day and wolfgang puck express at some point in dtd. The last two will probably be whatever we feel like at the time.

And as far as splitsville is concerned I was looking at the mad king burger so I can fall into a nice meat coma at the end of the night. Honestly this meal is kind of up in the air depending whether or not the cowboys make the super bowl, if they do we'll probably watch the game with in room dining if they don't i can relax and not have high blood pressure the entire night watching the game.

Yes, this is a GREAT point. The dining package at Mama Melrose is only 1 TS credit (we've been there recently). It is great use of a credit, but expensive otherwise (IMO). Lunches at the places you mentioned can be more affordable.

Thats a great point, now that I know I can use a ts credit for it I'll probably pay oop at ltt or splitsville.
