Odd question, but should I have received a final copy of my resort bill emailed to me after checkout? It’s been a month and I just realized I never received anything.

And for clarity - we didn’t checkout at the front desk.
 
Did you phone them to find out IF they made a Mistake in your " e Mail address ?
 
You have some options when this happens. Email Hotel Folio Number vis email or phone: 407-828-5630.

Send an email with your name and resort reservation number requesting a copy of your final folio statement. They sent it to me the same day (a weekday so it might not be responded to today). Below is the email address.
