Final ADR plans. Critique please!

We arrive 10/1 at AoA. WDYT of our ADR's?

We have 4 day tickets. Would you go to MK or Epcot for 2 days?

10/1; California Grill @5:30PM

10/2; 'Ohana @6:45PM

10/3; Tusker House @8AM; Boma @6:15PM (changed back from Sanaa to Boma for more variety per Dh and DD's request).

10/4; F&W festival; Via Napoli @5:45PM

10/5; We won't be going to a park this day. Kona @9AM

With a 5 yr old daughter I would choose 2 days at MK over 2 at Epcot for sure. Not that I think she won't like Epcot, I am one that think most kids like it there, but 1 day should be good.

I see you are not going to HS? lots to do there for little ones. But if you are not, I would do MK twice.

I would keep Via Napoli. For me, after walking all day, I like to sit down and rest a little for dinner.

The other think I would do is change Kona to an earlier reservation. With only 4 days I would try to make the most of my days. Kona has some opening that day at 7:55 and 8:10 I would do one of those to get over to the MK as soon as possible. Or go to MK for rope drop then go to Kona for a late breakfast around 11. Just me though!

Hey, I will be there those days too! In fact, I will be at the AK on Oct 3 also. I couldn't score at Tusker before the park opened though. I tried and tried, but made my vacation plans about 90 days out, so didn't have any luck!

Thanks for the advice. We went to DHS back in 2010 and didn't really care for it. DH thought TSM was overrated and neither liked TOT. We skipped AK last time so we're excited for it. Kona is actually on our last day so we won't be going to a park . I actually just got Tusker House probably a week or two ago. It was for a party of 6, and I called and had them change it to 3. Today I got 'Ohana for 6 too and called to have the party size changed. I have changed my ADR's more times than I care to admit. Now I'm wondering if we have too many ADR's.

Sounds like wonderful plans to me ...although I do love DHS - personal opinion I suppose! I don't have children yet but I am a nanny and with a 5 year old girl (obviously depends what your daughter is like) but I would definitely think 2 days at MK!
Never panic over too many ADRs I don't think you can have too many, we did a 17 day vacation (all the Orlando parka though not just Disney!) and in the 8 days we visited the Disney parks (even the water park days!) we had 12 ADRs!!

Very jealous your going so soon!

With a 5y/o, I'd probably do two days at MK. Are you thinking about doing MK on arrival day? I might try to get an ADR closer to 5, so you have plenty of time to get back to MK for Main Street Electrical Parade and Wishes.

10/2; (MK day) The Wonderland Tea Party @2PM for DD's 6th birthday; 'Ohana @6:45PM

This day is why I think you need an extra day for MK, you're not spending a whole lot of time in the park this day with the two big meals at nearby resorts. I've heard wonderful things about the tea and 'Ohana is one of my must-dos.

We're heading down for our third straight F&W Festival and we typically will substitute one meal a day for the food at the booths and do a TS meal for the other meal. So I'd keep Via Napoli, eat light and then maybe graze at the booths for dessert!

This day is why I think you need an extra day for MK, you're not spending a whole lot of time in the park this day with the two big meals at nearby resorts. I've heard wonderful things about the tea and 'Ohana is one of my must-dos. We decided that the tea party and then 'Ohana was too much traveling so I canceled the tea party. See, I am so indecisive. It's really quite frustrating...lol. I figure we can make rope drop and leave in enough time to catch the monorail to the polynesian. How much time would you allow?.

I just worry that we'd be too full from snacking to fully enjoy it.
