please can you tell me if disney all star music resort still has disney films in evening also can the films be seen from the pool

Yes, they have movies. Not necessarily viewable from the pool, as I understand the angle.

do i get a list for all of the movies at the resort for the week being shown at all of the all star resorts and can i pool hop to them to see the movies

You can get a list at the resort. If you trip is not within the first couple days of the week, you can find schedules online, such as where auroraborealis listed in the post above.

You can visit other resorts, but you cannot use the pool at a resort you do not have a room reservation.

You can pool hop at the All Star resorts as they're classed as sister resorts.

The movie locations in the link above are out of date(especially for the Values).

Disney has moved most movie locations away from the Pools(it looks like CSR and SSR "may" still have dive-in movies).
