Filling out Docs, have some questions!!

Hi,
I am filling out our doc this morning and I have some questions, I was hoping some vetrans's could help me out with.

1. Our 6 yr old's paperwork- They ask for Emergency contact, is that someone other than us since we are on the cruise together. That question actually pertains to all of us since we tend to be each other's emergency's number are they looking for someone who isn't on the ship?

2. Also on her docs they ask are you traveling with minors, if yes are you the parents. Since she is the minor do I say yes or no?

They may sound like silly questions, but I have heard if people don't fill out their docs properly it causes quite a delay.

I asked this same question yesterday. I finally called disney and they explained that you fill out the form to the best of your knowledge and when you get to the port, the immigration desk will assist you in filling the rest of the paperwork out.

All passengers need this form filled out, BUT if they are under 18 they are not required to sign.
