filling out cruise docs for the Magic

what exactly has to be signed? I know it's better to have them ready before we get to port so

1) payment authorization form - why do they say list names but then have us go to guest serv to take off DS? and only 1 charge card can be applied to each room? this can be changed at guest serv? to board only fill out 1 form? dont list DS if we dont want him to have charges?

2) cruise embarkation form - for each of us

3) cruise contract signature form - DS can sign since he's old enough to sign his name?

and that's it? big package for just those forms!

1) Don't list your son on the authorization form and he will not have charge privileges.

2) Those need to be signed by all, and YOU can sign for your son.

3) Same as #2.
