I know I already voted but I will second lunch at LTT and dinner at Garden Grill. The new dinner at LTT is pretty good too.

I love your choices!!!! Ohana is a must! Cape May Cafe is great, especially if you like seafood! And either Kouzzina at the Boardwalk (loved it!) or Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge for the third!

Narrowing it down to just three is hard, but here are some:
Boma, Kona(breakfast and dinner) and Via Napoli. Now I'll also add 50's Prime Time, The Wave(breakfast and dinner) and Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch) as I think you only wanted 1 credit restaurants.

1900 PF dinner would be more fun for DS.

Cape May dinner (buffet, non-character) is good since you are staying at BC anyhow. Works really well on a DHS day because you can take the boat over and back again. Alternative for DHS day would be Sci-Fi.

If you can handle one more Epcot location, Biergarten is a lot of fun and has a wide variety of food.

Ohana if you can get it; otherwise Boma.

Garden Grill (character family-style dinner only with rotating floor)
1900 Fare Park (breakfast, characters not available anywhere else)
Whispering Canyon Cafe (we have only done dinner there)

LTT has a new dinner? What has changed, we have a ressie in a few weeks....now I might want to change it!

I would suggest, Via Napoli(yummy), O'hana, Akershus for breakfast....but 1900PF is lots of fun at dinner too!
