Filet Mignon at Brown Derby or steak at Le Cellier?

We leave in three days for WDW (yea!) and have PS's for Brown Derby lunch and dinner at Le Cellier. DH is the steak person in our family, while I love veggies and dessert. Anyway, after reading these threads and talking to CM's, I thought we'd give Le Cellier a try (I'm eager to try the cheddar cheese soup.) DH will go along with whichever I choose, but is skeptical that he won't like the steak at Le Cellier as much as the Filet Mignon at BD. (Says it's the best he's ever had.) (I don't think the filet is available for BD lunch? I need to check the menu on Deb's site.) We don't have a problem with spending $$ on a steak meal. However, we only want to do one as we'll only be there a few days and don't know whether to go with the sure thing at BD or have steak at Le Cellier instead? For those of you steak afficianados, which do you suggest? Thanks.

Personally I'd pick Le Cellier for the reason that I think the Canadian CM's are among the most personable in all of WDW. The food I think is a wash. Atmosphere the same.

We have ate at The Brown Derby many times over the years and always found it very good. We ate at Le Cellier last month and I had the New York strip and it was out of this world, it was tender and cooked just how I wanted it.
