figmentfan814AAR~LivingSeas~French Is. *I'm back and married! Will start TR soon!*

I'm going to be staying down in Detroit for a couple of days with work, so I won't be around again until this weekend. I just wanted to share a couple of pictures before I leave.

Here are my rings. I really wanted something unique and I think we achived it. For the bands I like the filigree style, but also wanted yellow gold. It was nearly impossible to find a joint band, so we ended up having the jeweler make these thin bands to go inbetween; I really love it so I guess that's the most important thing. The filigree bands look like they have small flowers carved in them.

:) We still have to take them to get engraved. I think we're just going to do our names and the date. I know some people come up with really clever things, but I'm drawing a blank.

Whew... I had been keeping up on your PJ and then lost touch. Well I just caught back up and all I can say is WOW

Everything looks amazing. I looooove it ALL! I'm so excited for you and all I can keep thinking is jeesh, I wish I still had a month. :rotfl: You're in better shape than I am now!!! Basically, I think I'm trying to say that you rock! :worship: :woohoo:

Welcome back :goodvibes I'm sure I will be freaking out the closer I get to my wedding too :rotfl: It's hard to believe that you only have like 1 week left. I just keep reminding myself that no matter what it will all work out okay in the end or at least I hope so :upsidedow

I was really surprised after we finished with the size. We had to order the filigree bands, so I wasn't sure how much they would add to the setting. I'm normally not one for bigger jewelry.... who knew :rotfl:

It's super nice! and very blingy :) which is always a good thing :)

:woohoo:  Hi are you going to post pictures of your bridesmaides dresses?
I would love to see them!!

I have to look at home to see if I have one saved. I don't know if you read about my nightmare, but the dress I originally picked out got discontinued the day before my girls went to order. I ended up picking one out without seeing it in person, but I think I saved a picture off the web site. I'll check tonight and will get it posted.

Over the last couple of days, I have been able to get a few more wedding things accomplished. I did get our DFTW knife set engraved (still have to take pics) and I also printed off a bunch of things like the Crossword puzzle which I made online. I’m at work and don’t have a photo of that uploaded yet, but I will add that on tonight. I really enjoyed using the web site and it was so easy to make; I’m going to add it in the folders in the Welcome Bags. http://www.puzzle-maker.com/

Here are the water bottles; we think we have to use the smaller ones for weight. The gift bag style for the regular guests are already getting too heavy and when I put regular size bottles in them I think they might rip.

The label again except I ended up using a different photo; I switched it for one of our engagement pictures from Randy:

I also got Kris’ gifts this weekend. I ended up getting him some cufflinks and a shirt. Ironically he is a guy that will wear cufflinks with suits on a regular basis, so I figured they were a good investment. I got him University of Michigan ones because that’s where we met. I found them online for over $100 and then I went to Ann Arbor where the main campus is located I got them for only $55!

I also had to buy myself something while I was at the school. I already have the Mickey garter set, but I just had to have the U of M one.

The other gift I got Kris is a joke gift. I actually got the idea from the other Vanessa on the board. Kris loves video games and when she bought this for Rich I immediately thought of Kris, so I had to order one too!

What a great idea to use the small water bottles! I used full size and our welcome boxes were busting at the seams!!

I LOVE this t-shirt. DH and I have seen several new grooms wearing them at WDW and we always laugh. We own every game system known to man so I had planned on buying DH one as his joke wedding gift, but never got around to it.

You've done so much Vanessa! I can't believe it's almost time for all the Spring brides to take their walk. Good luck with the rest of your planning, your wedding is going to be fantastic!! :)

Oh my gosh! Your little bottles are soooo cute! Did you get them in bulk somewhere?

And I love that t-shirt! it's perfect for my DF too!!! :thumbsup2

We decided on the small bottles when I loaded up a sample bag and the bottom almost fell out :rotfl:

It was definitely perfect for Kris because he lovs to play games all the time! I'm really excited for the wedding to finally get here. :cloud9:

I actually bought the bottles from Sam's Club, so I'm hoping the Sam's in Florida will have them too. It was around $5 for a pack of 40.

I heard they have the shirts at Target too, but I ordered mine from www.cafepress.com.

You are so creative, I can't get over it. I love the crossword idea and the little water bottles are not only cute but a really good idea. The labels are great and I love the school garter!

WOOT! Thanks for the tips!! :cool1:

What size labels did you use to wrap around those?

I don't remember off hand, I'll have to check my file in Photoshop. I just took the regular label off the bottle and measured it then copied that size. I was able to get 3 per regular sheet of paper.

Also, I ordered the Xerox waterproof paper from Staples to use on the labels. They used to carry it in-store, but now you have to order it online. I think it was $13 for a pack of 25 sheets.

Good to know, I didn't know they have waterproof paper. I'll definately have to order that for our water bottles.

Thanks! I will eventually get the crossword posted. I was working on my wedding planning scrapbook (trying to get it done for my shower Feb. 9) and I totally forgot about posting the crossword.

Love the latest projects! Your water bottles are adorable. And T-shirt is so cute.
