Figment Pin Recall

Has anyone heard of a recall on the new Figment pin where the balloon glows in the dark? I have one and the paint in the center of the balloon seems messed up now and it is only three weeks old. I heard that there is a recall because the paint didn't take to some of the pins. Anybody know the scoop on this?

I don't know if they were recalled or not, but I did see many that were damaged and still on the racks. Many were not suitable for sale with the paint being chipped and the balloon strings too loose.

Mine is fine so far, but I am sort of wondering why they used string instead chain...the string is going to break from age eventually, don't you think?
