Fiestaware deals or discounts.

Dillard's also carries Fiestaware. If you look through the loose pieces you will find bargains. . .I've also found pieces at the Dillard's outlet for cheap.

If you are looking for 2nds, check a local antique mall if you have one. We have several in our area that carry 2nds.
I do find it cheaper actually to buy from either Macy's or another department store in my area called Elder-Beerman. They generally have great sales and coupons.
The following store is run by a couple that lives near the factory and they are great people and have a large selection of Fiesta:

I am a collector and also belong to a website for Fiesta collectors.

Kohl's is having B1G1F on Fiestaware. So you can get two 5 piece place settings for $48. Then subtract the 30% off coupon (if you have one or use coupon code online LOVE2SAVE30) and get $10 Kohl's cash for every 50 you spend. The coupon is good from Jan 12 - 19th.

So, 8 sets would be $192 less 30% would be $134 less $20 in Kohl's cash brings your price to about $124 for 10 place settings.

Not bad.

Thanks for the info, I will check online...in the local store they only carry the sets with the teacups, not the mugs. I haven't gotten any Kohl's coupons lately!!

You can buy placesettings, and individual pieces. They are seconds, but I have bought a few things and they have been fine.

Good luck!

I believe we have a Dillards, will check it out, thanks :)

I wouldn't call myself a collector but I do have quite a few pieces. I do have a story for you though :) My grandmother got fiestaware as a wedding gift and it sat in her attic for a long time. I had told her I would like to have it one day, but when she died I didn't know what had happened to it. Apparently my aunt has it "somewhere" and says when she finds it she will give it to me. What makes the story interesting is that I had really forgotten all about it. We went to a psychic medium a few weeks after she died and her message for me was....she is saying something about bowls and dishes?? she wants you to have the dishes! LOL :lovestruc

I usually wait unti the sets are B1G1F at Macy's or Dillards. Sometimes you can even get free shipping too.

I was hoping to just find a 2nds store like how I used to buy them at Old Tyme Pottery. Looks like just about everyone has them for about $26 for a 4 pc setting. I don't mind a bubble, etc. It must be tempting for you to go buy all the 2nds up and put them on ebay! LOL How much to the 10-1/2 inch plates sell for as 2nds?

I actually have eight 12" plates that didn't fit in my plate rack when I had the kitchen remodeled so had to go back and buy all new smaller plates!

So many people around here have put them on ebay. I have all seconds and most you can't tell. The other thing is we us the small oval platters as our dinner plates, I dont' even have the bigger plates and we mix colors. Our local fair actually brings a bunch of mugs, bowls and such and they have a game where you toss rings in and win them, so I have a bunch we just collected in the basement. Usually the seconds are 50% off their store prices. I am not sure how this measures with what Kohls or anyone sells though.

That sounds like a fun fair game, I would probably spend a fortune LOL

Of all the places everyone has listed it looks like Bealls is the only one that sells the mugs rather than the teacup sets, so I'm going to wait for a good sale, and if I'm lucky I can talk someone over 50 into buying it on a Tuesday for an extra 15% off :thumbsup2

Anyone try these plates from Costco? They are even less expensive.

they look nice! However, (as someone who is seriously considering Fiesta!) you get what you pay for with Fiesta: lead free and extremely durable. Of course, it is really down to what is important to each person. Personally, I want lead free and that also means less worry about recalls breaking up my set!!! I also have to have durable - I am hard on my dishes and would like to have DD start taking responsibility for the dishes as well.

I need to make a decision soon and this thread has been really helpful!:)

Any idea how often they do B1G1F? From what I can tell Dillards is quite a bit cheaper than Macy's.

Dillards runs the b1g1 about once a month. I just got two new boxes for $25 or 29 b1g1. Dillards is the best deal I've found.

Also, Fiesta is made in the USA. The Costco sets are not. I like supporting them because they are an American company and have been for over 100 years.

We updated our kitchen this year and I scored the sets at Younkers for only $19.99 on Black Friday :cool1:

If you have a Bergners they have a large variety of options - I received the large soup mugs for Xmas and I love them :goodvibes

Dillards has them online, but not in the stores (at least not in my area).

Thats a great deal. Do your sets have the teacups or mugs?

Not bad.

This is what I was planning on doing. I even checked last night to make sure they were still B1G1F. Went in this am with my coupon and now they are B1G1 1/2 off. So they were a better deal last night. I did see them $26/set plus a 30% off coupon and Kohls Cash in December. Now I am kicking myself for not getting them then.

Do they have this sale online too? The closest store to me is about 4 hours away.
