Anyone know what's going on with Fidelity? They have the same postings for a week now showing only hours old?

Yep - I've noticed the same thing; listings showing as "new" that have been posted for over a month. I just ignore it, but agree that it drives me nuts for things to not be labeled properly - but thats because in my line of work, those details matter.

For a bigger company they are really disorganized. They easily had the worst communication out of the 4 resale companies I've used. Still same ones today. I think this is like day 10 of the same listing.

The speed of the website? They can boost that speed all they want. If it still takes agents 48 hours to respond to an offer it won’t matter.
