I have been told on more than one occasion that they will not do that. They must wait until it is posted.

Hmmm. I think the problem comes in when their website is out of date. I had success calling with my criteria and asking them to email me a list of currently available contracts. I do not believe that they scrubbed the list to be sure that all of them were on the website when they sent me the list. I knew what what was showing on the website, and some of what they sent had either been inadvertently removed, or was waiting for their next update.

When my offer was accepted, it took two weeks for them to remove the contract..
We were already in ROFR!
