I have a question about one of their resales.

Fidelity isn't known to always be the quickest to respond to emails. I would call first thing in the morning. There is an email link to inquire on their site. But I'd call.

Agreed. But a call is worth it anyway. Ask them if they have any listings that have yet to be posted. Sometimes they will have several, and you can snare one before it's ever posted.

SO I made an offer but the seller decided that they wanted to increase the price! I guess they need to cover a loan, so the price went up to 110 / pt!

However, during this process a new listing came up which I jumped on, made an offer and now have an agreement!

BTW, no issues with Fidelity so far and email was not a problem either. Sharon has been great to work with and very responsive. I think I got a good deal, hope it gets through ROFR!

they will take up to 48 hours to return emails. call them you might be on hold for sometime up to 10mins but better than waiting for the email reply.

With Sharon at Fidelity I never waited more then a few hours for an email reply and voice messages were returned within an hour or two. Any delays I experienced were because of the sellers ( delay in paperwork). Any questions have been answered promptly. I will definitely be using them again when I add on!

I was concerned using Fidelity after reading some posts but so far so good. Offer sent and accepted Wednesday before Thanksgiving and contract sent to Disney yesterday. Sharon has been awesome.

I have found this too. Sharon is very fast to respond to emails and questions. She's been very helpful and nice in her responses. Any delays in responses were due to waiting on the seller to respond.

Just got word Monday from Sharon that my contract passed ROFR and to expect closing docs in 1-2 weeks due to the estoppel from Disney, but I got the closing docs two days later (yesterday). Quick service so far!!

I have been told on more than one occasion that they will not do that. They must wait until it is posted.
