I have reservations for the prime seating at an upcoming Fia Fia luau. I think we'll just walk over, rather than drive. I've heard that we should leave Aulani early for good seats. Does anyone know what time that is? Will we just be standing in line for awhile... and if so, is that line inside or outside?

Thanks for the "down-low" on the luau!

I arrived approx 15 minutes before my official checkin time for the premium seats at the Fia Fia luau. There was already 20 people in the premium seating line. There was also a line forming already for the regular seating line. I don't remember the exact checkin time but it was printed on our voucher. The lines are outside. We drove our car and it was valet parked. The valet parking ticket was validated by the hostess of the restaurant down by the luau. I would recommend arriving early to get good seats.

I am over at the Marriott this week before our week at Aulani and they just had Fia Fia last night. Honestly, we could watch it clearly from the adult/quiet pool because the stage is raised so high. I would go early if you want to absorb some of the atmosphere or if you wanted stage side seating but it seemed to me that the seats were all really great views because it is such an intimate setting. As well, last night there were many empty seats so you really had quite a choice.

Thanks. This info helps me picture it.(I'm surprised at empty seats.... I thought this was a pretty well attended luau.)
Looking forward to it, wherever we end up sitting!

I thought so too, but I think school being back in has something to do with it. It is generally pretty quiet here at this resort right now so that might be a factor as well. It seemed like everyone was having a really good time.

Please come back with a review! I like the idea of all the activities at the Paradise Cove luau, but I'm still undecided on which one we'll do.
