FHP: Boy's flat tire caused fatal Disney bus crash

Disney is not completely blameless....There is an extremely small space between the bike path and road at the point where the accident occurred. There should be a rail there because that spot was an accident waiting to happen. God bless that poor little boy.

Disney did point out the day of the accident that the path is not the intended bike path. I stay in Fort Wilderness - the bike paths are through the trees - they do cross roads at times - but are further off the road. I would never let my kids ride their bikes on the road that those children were on. I would have to guess that there was a safer route they could have taken.
