Few Small Questions

I have two quick questions....

1) I'm not planning on using DDs stroller in the airport or on the first day were down in Disney, would it be possible to put one of the DME luggage tags on it and have it sent to our room or are the tags just reserved for luggage?

2) We bought the DxDDP and I know tips aren't included. Can we tip with Disney Dollars or my Disney Reward Card or can you only leave cash tips?

If you slap a DME sticker on it, it will go the same place as everything else with the sticker.

Money is money is money. It all spends the same.
