Few Questions About Those Spinning Avatars

Firstly, i have seen people spinning around VMK..

My friend says you cant control it.


For Some reason, when i enter a room, all the people are spinning, except for me..


It only worked once for me, and im curious if maybe its random, or on a timer or something.

It is a new loading element. I find i can hop rooms faster now-it must help the room load faster and when the clothes load people stop spinning.

I stood on Main Street for 30 minutes, well after the time it takes for my "clothes" to load and I was still spinning. In fact, DH and a clone were with me and we all stayed spinning the entire time. However, I glanced over to DH's laptop and noticed that NONE of us were spinning

What's funny though, is that I went over to the bench to sit down and my avatar was standing on the bench Wish I could take a picture and post it, as it is quite funny looking
