Few Questions about the new EMH

I know that after the first of the year they changed a lot of things concerning the Emh, and I was wondering if someone out there could help me figure it out. I am so at a loss as what to do about the trip we plan to take in May. First, I don't even have the room booked yet. This time my mom is coming too and that will make 5 people and it it sort of an awkward number as far as finding a room. The last time we all stayed at POP, with two small kids, it wasn't that bad, and it probably wouldn't be that bad this time, I don't know what to do, we could stay at the Mods or maybe do the Wilderness Cabins or two rooms at the Values, not sure, what do they do or check in order to participate in the EMH program?? Someone help me answer my questions. Also, does the Swan/Dolphin Hotel participate in the EMH??

To get a wristband for EMH, you have to show room id's for each person. I heard they check ID's for adults to make sure they match the name on the ID card (the ID cards now have individual names rather than just the name the room was booked in).
Swan/Dolphin does participate.
