DH and I are spending my 45th birthday in WDW. :cool1: I'm the only one in the family who hasn't spent their birthday at WDW. Anyway, we're headed down on 11/10 and returning on 11/13. Sooooooo many things are going on that weekend!!! We're planning on F&W on Thurday, MK and MVMCP on Friday, DHS and Osborne lights on Saturday, MK on Sunday (my actual birthday) before getting ME to head back to the airport.

My question: Is is worth trying to carve time out to go to DTD for Festival of the Masters??? I've always wanted to do it, but I don't want to feel rushed.

TIA!
Michelle

PS The cool part....DVC points for hotel, APs for the parks, frequent flier mileage for airfare, and transfers courtesy of ME. We really only have to pay for food :thumbsup2.

Birthdays at WDW are the best! :goodvibes

We did Festival of the Masters of the Masters last year and really enjoyed it. There are many very talented artisans all through the Westside. I will say though that it is time consuming. We didn't see nearly all the stands. It is a nice event to stroll through and we were a bit rushed. I did wish we had more time. The things being sold are beautiful, but pricey, not like a local craft show. These are juried artists. I definitely think it's worth going to, but it is something you do need to allow time for. From your schedule it doesn't look like you have alot of time, but maybe Saturday before DHS?

Have a wonderful birthday at MK!!!!!!!! :cloud9:

Thanks for the info! DH says he isn't too interested in going, so I think we're going to pass. We'll spend our time really enjoying the other activities and not rushing to get everything in.
