Festival of the Masters at DD in Nov?

This looks like a large art festival at Downtown Disney.

Anyone gone there?

Is it open at night?

We went to this last year and I think it depends on what you are into. We took the kids and they were extremely bored. I think it is at night but don't remember. I know some people love it but it was not our cup of tea.

There were a lot of booths with different artisans selling things as well as some places for kids to do things like learn to draw various characters. My kids are younger so they weren't impressed. I think if we had time by ourselves there, it would have been something more our speed.
