It'll be our first time going to a festival at Disney since our daughter got diagnosed. She uses a pen and not on a pump for insulin. I guess, my question is, how do you bolus when you're walking from stand to stand deciding what to eat? She usually bolus before eating. Would this be one of those times that she should bolus after eating? I know that the food portions served at these places are small. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would bolus after she finds out what she wants to eat. Remember to bring things for low bs as walking can have low BG
