We're headed to WDW in about 2 months and I'm trying to fine tune some of our daily plans. We have two littles, and we're saying in BLT so the current plan is to head back from MK after lunch for naps. However, we have a parade obsessed 3 year old.
So, what is the latest we could be leaving our BLT room to head back and still catch the parade? I know it doesn't hit main street until later, and we can make do with a bad spot, just want her to be able to see it in real life (as opposed to youtube )

In December, FoF will be running at 2:00. You would need to be in the Train Station area by 2:15/2:20.

The bagcheck and metal detector are along the walkway to MK and they’ll be checking the stroller contents.

If you are slow walkers, maybe start from BLT by 1:40 at the latest.
