Festival of Fantasy Parade time change?

Does anyone know why the festival of Fantasy Parade is now showing at 5pm instead of 3pm? Is this a permanent change?

Has anyone heard any rumors surrounding this parade? It is not on Disney's schedule for almost the entire months of February and March and then is back on for certain dates in April. Is this normal? I really really want to see this parade with my son in Feb. He loves watching it on YouTube.

Thank you. I really hope so. My son was only one on our last trip so he doesn't remember seeing it. I will be bummed if he can't see it this time.

I have been able to find it on some schedules but not others. MDE will not let me add it to my plans. It's just annoying! I'm probably stressing for nothing.
