Does anyone know when they might release dates for this? Or even if they are going to do it again?

Nothing has been posted either way yet but last year was much improved. Add that to January being low attendance and i would say chances are good it will return.....that's why they started food and wine. September and October have low attendance

The Disney web site shows it, but without dates.

So, I would count n it.
