There was an interesting article in yesterday's paper called "No-Fail Feng Shui Gardening". It was an interesting read. And it included some Feng Shui Tips. For all us peony lovers you will be happy to hear the first one:
- Plant peonies if you want love in your life. Other relation-building flowers are narcissus, plum blossoms, hyacinths and orchids. Plant in southwest area.
- Chrysanthemums represent longevity, dependability. Plant for long duration of anything wonderful: success, marriage, career.
- Jasmine represents woman and sweetness. Provides a pleasant fragrance and deodorizer.
- The lotus flower is the symbol of Buddhism and of purity, joy and perfection. The lotus seed, lien tse in Chinese, means "continuous children".
- Red flowers in the ground or in planters on both sides of a south-facing home's front entrance provide protection to your family.
