We were allowed to wear jeans & tshirts since we were moving into our apartments on the same day.

Awesome :]] I was worried I'd be moving my stuff in wearing dress pants and nice shoes, haha

When I was on my program (spring 2010) we were checked at Casting in a group. It was right after we were given our role. I think we were in a group of like 7 or so. We stood around a table with the Disney Look team member who gave us a Disney look book went over some things and then asked us to all lean into the table. She did that to check our hair. I assume while she was talking to us she was checking our appearance to be Disney look. I remember her saying something about since I am a blond I would have to be careful because the sun can cause highlights or some BS like that. She was a blond too and said it in kind of a "I'm your fellow blond friend I feel your pain" type thing. I don't know what she was getting at and I never had anyone tell me anything about my hair (I have totally natural blond hair and it has never been dyed).
