FEMA - Emergency Broadcast System Test - October 4th

It hasn't happened on my phone yet. The news here said it was a 30 minute test. So, it might go off any time within the 30 minutes Yet go off only ONCE.

It will go off of course, once I walk away from the phone to get something to eat.

That happens late at night. ABC does weekly tests at 2:20 am-ish. I usually am up and have the TV on. Of course, it goes off when I'm in the kitchen or bathroom. It is so LOUD, I'm always afraid it will wake up the neighbors. :duck:

DH did not get an alert, so it appears this was some sort of selection. Apparently, he is too important to turn into a zombie.

Me neither. :(

 Maybe we've been spared to save the rest of the world!

Messed up the internet on my TV. Had the WDWNT YouTube podcast about Disney Vloggers/Bloggers on in the background. It's pretty interesting so far - am I starting to like Tom Corless??? Have to do a reset on my cable box.

You may still….supposed to be rolled out over a period of time starting at 2pm.

It's because I said earlier on this thread that I don't pay attention to the amber alerts. I let others do that. I'm being punished! I'm not going to be saved.

Well, shoot. DH got one, but I didn't. Same carrier, and we were in the same place.

I'm not worthy, apparently... :rolleyes1
