Well, here we go, my first snow pics of the year:

The view out of my back window:

And DH's car (he took mine to work today, which has All Wheel Drive)

It looks like it's still snowing pretty good. I think we are in for quite a bit more.

The view out your back window is beautiful! We only get cold down here in South Georgia.. no snow to enjoy here. I cant wait to see the other pictures that are posted.

Well we've got about 4-6 inches on the ground. The morning weather people are saying that once again we're going to be in the jackpot area and should expect 18-24 inches!

My winter birds are back, Cardinals and the Carolina Wrens along with the chickadees and the usual MA species although they're not in this picture.

This was taken looking across my street.

Virgo, where in MA are you? We woke up to only about an inch this morning. They're still predicting alot, but we usually don't get what they say we will. It's like there's a dome over my area. Sometimes it's disappointing.

I live in Brockton which is southwest of Boston. I think there's a snow magnet over this town.

Wow...I wish we had snow here.


This morning in Orlando, Florida it's 50 degrees with a wind chill goin' on....so it's 46 degrees outside. Today I'll end up bundling up in jeans, a sweater, and a heavy jacket, and will still end up being cold!


I thought about going out to one of the parks today, but I'm settling for Downtown Disney at night...and I know I'll still freeze! But I still wish we had snow once in awhile.

This is my first attempt at posting a pic. Hope it works.

This is the front of our house. Not too bad out there now, only about three inches. We are supposed to get 12-18 before it's over, though .

Deb that first picture is the most gorgeous picture I have ever seen. Living in Mississippi we hardly ever get snow. Usually if we get anything its ice which is horrible!! That is simply gorgeous!! I know its probably a pain to those of you who get it every year but to us who NEVER get it, it just seems so Christmasy!!

Beauty--thanks for the kind words, it is gorgeous, just that icky wet heavy stuff that takes forever to shovel. Thank goodness for the SnowBlower!

We just turned to rain here, but the snow will be back in a couple of hours I think.

Looks like we have about 8" down so far.

I don't have a pic to post, but we have about 8-10" on the ground here in Natick (about 13 miles west of Boston) and the snow is still fallen - no rain here yet. And the 2nd storm is due to hit hard into the night. Yeeeesh. I have a very unhappy pug who hates peeing in the snow.

here in quincy we had a mix of snow and rain all day adding up to alot of wet slush!!!!

We woke up with a foot of snow this morning. It is such a beautiful snow, the way it's clinging to the trees.
