I fell off a while back. I made my New Years resolution. I started Atkins on Jan. 3. My goal is to lose 60 lbs. I weighed myself Jan. 8 and lost 6 lbs. :bounce: :Pinkbounc Yippee!! I also measured myself and lost 5 inches!:bounce: :Pinkbounc another yippee! I haven't cheated at all and I'm so excited. I know there is so much support here on this board. I'ms sorry I went away, although I did lurk some. Glad to be back!:wave2:

Debbie, welcome back! You can take the girl out of the WISH but you can't take the WISH out of the girl, ya know? We all end up coming right back here to WISH!!

Glad things are going so well for you and congrats on that beautiful 5 pound clippie!! :sunny:

Welcome back , Debbie! I just joined WISH a week ago to help me maintain my weight loss. Congratulations on your 6 lb./5 in. loss! Keep up the great work, and I'll be looking forward to your posts!:) :) :)

The nice thing about the WISH wagon is that it makes lots of stops so people can hop back on! :D :D Welcome back, Debbie!! And congratulations on your 5 pound clippie! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I'm right along with you, Debbie. I joined early last year, but I fell off the wagon and gained about 20 pounds back. :(

However, I have been back on plan since New Years and I've lost at leat 5 pounds again. It's a start :D I can tell I'm losing inches in my waist, too.

My goal is to lose 40 pounds by my next WDW trip in early June and drop to about 350 or so. My ultimate goal is 200 pounds, so I have a LOOOONG way to go. :earseek:

Good to be back!

Way to go girl. That's the way, just keep on keeping on!

I too, have had the merry go round, rollercoaster and everything else that goes up / down, round and round. Most of us have. The key is to keep getting back on the horse. I'm on a low carb - have 80 plus pounds to lose, and for once in my life see the end in sight (mine, dropping off!). I personally had to get some therapy, because I was in denial (just like Cleopatra, queen of d' nile) about my relationship with food. I used it for EVERYTHING. Every emotion I had, I ran to the pantry. Now, I realize that the emotions are the KEY. Feel the feelings, but don't take it out on my body with the food. In some ways, I believe I was punishing myself (sick). But it too, was a process! Know I realize the person I want to be is WITHIN me, and I'm not giving my power to the food, or others any more! Rock on people... WE CAN do it!

Welcome back! So glad you are back on board! We all fall off that wagon once in a while, the important thing is you are ready to move forward.....ONWARD and DOWNWARD!!!

 It's good to see others climbing back on this very forgiving wagon!

I've been off and on and off and on for the last 2 months. I've been back on for the past 3 weeks but at a plateau. Here's to a great year for all of us and strides towards being the biggest LOSERS we can be!!!
