Hi gang.........I got real depressed last week because of my current job situation and I fell off the wagon and today is my first day back on the atkins train...........I hope everyone is doing well, I realized that being depressed wasn't getting me anywhere and doing the atkins was really helping me fight my chronic fatigue syndrome and irritable bowel so, I am back on the boat 100%. I know I probably won't lose the 20 more I wanted for the wedding on September 20th but I am hoping I will lose at least 10-15. I went back on induction today!!! I am hoping my life gets easier soon. My disney trip in December was my goal date and I wanted to go down there and enjoy being 60 pounds lighter and have all the pics to show for it and without a job right now we may not be able to afford it so I got into a funk last week and didn't care about the diet because I wasn't going to be able to go to WDW to celebrate it. But I am now determined to not only lose the weight but to find that perfect job and get to WDW anyway possible. Thanks for all your support gang. xoxoxoxoxo

Have A Disney Day!!!!!!:smooth:

Good for you! It's hard being motivated when things are going wrong. I'm sure you'll find something soon. When one door closes, another opens.

THe important thing is that you did not give up just because you made a mistake! That in it self shows progress!

So you fell off the wagon. It's over and done, now. You can't change it so don't beat yourself up over this. Feeling guilty is a waste of precious life, don't do it.

You are newly focused on goal and back on track and that is all that matters now. Don't fast it will mess up your progress. Go back on induction and stay there for a week or two. You will be fine.

{{{HUGS}}} sweetie. You're really doing very well with this, don't obsess over one day off plan.

{{{Hugs}}} PrincessMo. I'm really proud of you for getting right back on your program! You are doing so good and you are going to be getting so many compliments at that wedding, whether its 10-15 more or 20 more!:D With a great attitude like yours, I know you are going to get to goal AND find a great job!

Hang in there!

Way to go, Mo! Isn't it great to make a mistake, then realize how much better it feels to follow your plan? And then, to jump right back into it with enthusiasm. You might not make that mini-goal on the date you wanted, but you'll get there soon anyway!

Good for you!

{{{hugs}}} from me too! I can't say anything that everybody else has said already. I am just proud for you, seeing where you were, and doing something about it. THAT takes courage!!
Things will get better!

Good for you!

You know, on the outside chance that you don't make it to WDW in December, there still might be a Christmas party where you might want to show up in that strapless number and those 60 pounds gone will make it look mighty good!

That is, don't worry! There's gonna be plenty of other reasons and events that you're going to want to be seen 60 pounds lighter. The self confidence that weight loss brings is amazing.

But I still hope like heck you get to go to WDW, too! Keep your chin up!
