Fell off the program for a bit, trying to get started again

Hi,
Well I've been baaad, stopped exercising and went off my plan. I've gained 4 pounds, but I do get to keep my clippie, but just barely.
Today I decided to get back on plan and start following this board again.
I walked yesterday at lunch for 20 minutes and got out this evening and walked 2 miles. It really felt good to get back into the swing of things again.
I think what got me to snap out it was I made an appointment for my annual check up, and I would really like to be down a total of 50 pounds since my visit last year.
Glad you guys are here to help me along!

I really was feeling down, I had done so well for quite a while, then once you go off it seems easier to stay off the program, I can see why I always gain my weight back you really have to work at losing and keeping it off.
 
I'm proud of you for getting back on plan and working out again. Good job!
 

Great job with getting back on plan! You also point out something that I have to keep in mind. I'll probably have to work just as hard to keep the weight off as I worked to lose it in the first place. Thanks for that reminder!
 
I fell off my program too... it's that darn summer. I just started back on track today... Good Luck
 
Welcome back ~ I know that you can do this.
 
You CAN do this. You just have to take one day at a time.

I know how it feels when you've been doing so well, and you think that you've got it all figured out and then wham one day everything that you've been doing previously goes out of the window. However once you get back OP and do it for a couple of days it feels like you've never been away.

So far I've had a good week, I've walked each day, 2 miles and since it rained today I'm getting ready to do my WATP tape.
I weighed myself today and I have lost 2 of those 4 pounds I gained, 2 more and I can get the next clippie.
It really does help to have this board, it really helps me pull myself back up!:goodvibes
