Fell at Saratoga Springs due to uneven sidewalk

I fell while walking on a sidewalk at Saratoga Springs. I hurt my arm and leg (lots of blood and i am pretty sure I'll have scars), and my glasses broke. The sidewalk was uneven, and I tripped over the lip. We went to main building, and I was given bandaids and asked my contact info by the manager. He said I'd hear from someone from Disney, but that was four days ago. During our stay, there was no sign that anyone checked the walkway as the manager said they would. Does anyone know whom I can email or call at Disney regarding this? Thank you.

Also on the resort tv, if you navigate to guest services or front desk, there will be a QR code you can use your phone camera to link. It will link you to a resort specific survey that the managers check religiously. You will be sure to get a call AND meticulous followup. Here is an example from VGC a few weeks ago. They have the same at WDW cuz I used it at Poly this Summer.IMG_9439.jpeg

That's terrible! I'm sorry that you were injured and you should definitely follow up. My daughter got suspected food poisoning from a burger at Universal's Portofino Bay Resort and they responded within 15 minutes. They had someone at our room with ginger ale and saltines and another person taking a statement. It was an almost immediate response to my text. I would expect Disney to have done the same.
