Fees for pet loops

Hey everyone, we will be arriving at the Fort next week. I have requested 2 premium pet sites because my folks will be with us and they are bringing their dog. We wont be bringing our pet. What is Disney's policy about this?. Will I still be charged the $5 a day. I'm not going to make a stink about it if they say, I have to, but just wondering.

only sites that have a pet stay at will be charged pet fee. no pet at your site, no pet fee. pet on your site, charged pet fee.

That is not right. You pay the pet fee when you check in if you have no pets no fee. You can have friends with pets come by all you want that pet is not staying with you.
