Hello all,

We were in Disneyland in March, and, as usual, I've come away wishing that I'd purchased a few things while I was there. I'd rather not deal with the crazy prices on Ebay and thought maybe that buying through Merchandise Guest Services might be a better option.

I've "Googled" around, searched this forum, and haven't found any information on fees for purchasing stuff through Disney's Merchandise Guest Services.

Could any of you share your experiences with me? What service fees were charged? How long did it take to receive your items?

Thanks for your help!
Brian

I don't know about DL, but if you call WDW Merchandise Mail Order they can get you just about anything sold at the parks and resorts. They will only charge the retail price plus the regular shipping charges based on type of shipping and dollar value of the merchandise.

check out this link for an idea of shipping prices

http://allears.net/tp/mailorder.htm

collectibles and heavier items like big figs and framed items are now charged a higher shipping rate

If you order through Disneyland and have a disney visa they will give you a 10% discount - I usually get my order within a week

if you order through DL or WDW neither one will charge you sales tax
