We're learning about the Milgram experiment, where some Psychologist named Milgram decided to test out the "Germans are different" hypothesis (about why they obeyed orders to kill all these people) by having someone "electricute" another person if they got an answer wrong, and they would rise up 15v each time. They found that 65% of the people went all the way to the last one (450v)
