Feeling lucky!

I am in the middle of planning our next trip to WDW (October 2014), and was just thinking of how lucky we are to have been able to afford becoming DVC members, and how much fun this has been for my family. DVC has given us many great vacations, and we continue to want to go back!

I am online now buying tickets to the Halloween party for our trip, we have done the MNSSHP since 2008, and think it is great.

I have a few more plans to iron up, but we had debated not going this year, and not because we didnt want to, just some other things had come up. But, it was a funny reaction, my wife and daughter were bummed we would not be going.

Back to planning, but just felt like posting some positive DVC thoughts!

I feel the same way. I've been going to WDW 25 years this year. I was extremely fortunate to have a grandmother who LOVES disney and took me every year since I was three. Last year I got married and bought into DVC. We have two current trips on the calendar (hanson and princess half). I question why my grandmother didn't buy into DVC all those years ago. Heh.

We are very fortunate to be able to afford to buy in. I'm just trying to contain myself until we can buy more points. I'm looking forward to all the years of memories we are going to have.

I share your sentiments....purchasing DVC is one of the best decisions we have made. We are so excited for our upcoming trip to Hawaii, and would not have been able to do it if it weren't for owning DVC. We've had such fun and memorable trips, and are always looking forward to the next one.
