Feeling Frustratrated, Depressed and Whiny

I have just had a hard week and I think it is ok to be frustrated, whiny, tired, etc. It just happens and someday are worse than others. You have a lot on your plate and it is stressful.

Are you sleeping well? I found that eating well, the right food, not cookie for breakfast and a good nites sleep make me see things in a new light.

I hope your feet either heal or you can find a good person to fix them.

For now, I just wanted to say sorry you are having a hard time and it is ok to vent, that is why we are here.
