We are feeling down because we haven't been able to visit in nearly 3 years due to two factors, COVID, and elderly parent care. While most things have gone back to some semblance of normalcy, we can't travel anytime soon due to us caring for a 90 year old parent, I won't go into details. We are trying to get by with watching the live park Youtube streaming that folks have been doing, also walkthrough videos of parks and hotels. I know there have been a lot of changes in the past few years, fast pass, dining etc., but honestly right now I would be happy to just spend 3 days at the Wilderness Lodge or Poly, I wouldn't even care about the parks and attractions. I could go on, but there's no point, we will get back someday, just kinda tough when we have no idea when that would be. If you have any other ideas on how to feel like we are there, chime in, all ideas are welcome.

Thanks for the shoulder to cry on, send me the dry cleaning bill. :-)

I feel ya on elderly parents. I'm 43 and am in the early stages of dealing with it. They both have health issues but can live daily life fine. But it's somewhat of that Benjamin Button affect...every day seems to be a regression.

Not sure if you have siblings, friends, or a paid service you can utilize, but if so I'd try and do a 3 day trip. We've done a few short trips since 2021 and they've been a nice quick mental refresh vacation. My partner and I have pretty high stress jobs and just walking down main street for the day or circling World showcase 5x just to get get 5 french slushies just does wonders mentally.

But if you can't go, one tip I have is search WDW resort TV on YouTube. I download the resort TV loops on the YouTube app...and listen to video on the EL to work. Puts me in a good mood....at least until.inwalk in to the reality of work

Wow thanks I just found it. We like watching the 7 Must Do's videos etc, there is a lot of WDW content on Youtube, it does help. Thanks for the response.
