I don't know if this will help you much.. right around the time we decided to do a Disney wedding I sat down and made a list, all at once... of everything I could possibly think of for the wedding. I have it in a program called Microsoft Project - (which is ridiculously expensive.. but I have it through work) You could do the same thing in excel - and then have columns for due dates, costs, and who's responsible for what.. etc.
This weekend I decided to make a box, where we will put all things related to the wedding - things that we have to remember to bring like our champagne flutes, and things I don't want to have to keep looking for, like the Disney postage we got and the seals for our invitations. We have a similar box by the front door for going to disney - it has our park passes, our FL sunpass for the tolls, our water bottle straps, etc. anyway, it really helps when everything is in 1 place and you train yourself to look there!
Also I have a totebag, I am keeping all the wedding planning stuff in, a few magazines, the Target wedding planning binder, a folder with all the print outs from disney, like the menu's, the wishbook print outs, etc. A notebook where we keep all the random ideas and notes, for example we will hear a song on the radio and decide we want to have it our wedding, so we jot it down on the music page in this one notebook, even if it's just a few words, then we can go back and google it later. It's nice because I can just grab it and bring it anywhere - even look at things in the car while he is driving.
