Feelin' Good about SW Purchase

Bought SW 10-days ago at Internet 1-Way price of $94, after watching it hover at that price ever since the rates were expanded to include July 4th week. A few days later, the Internet 1-way price went to $121, and now the lowest is the Fun fare at $131. Multiply by two and then by five people, and I'm feeling pretty good about myself!

Great decision to by at the right time. The hardest part of any of my vacations is the time to buy airline tickets. It seems you have the nack. Congrats!

If only they'd open up their flights past 8/3! I need 8/11....this is killing me as all the other airlines that are open are raising their flights...yesterday I saw a big jump...30-40 p person...ouch!

We are leaving for the BWV on May 28th and staying till June3 and the airfare rates are just not that good??? The best I had seen on SW was $94 one way???

Last year in May we flew for $49 one way and I did not purchase them till April!! I can only hope that they throw a ding my way soon!

I already have my flights to Miami for our cruise in July and got them for $178 round trip on AA.

Maybe because it is Spring break right now and they don't have to offer that great of a deal????

Congrats on your great fares. I was waiting and watching intently for Easter week to open up and was lucky enough to snag $ 89 each way from MDW to MCO and back I checked today and the flight down was sold out with $ 258 the latest price and the only seats left on the ret6urn were at $ 258.

I love saving money on travel it means we can spend more on vacation.
