I started my plan on January 4 th. I have lost 18 lbs in that time. I have cut back on carbs eating only oatmeal for breakfast and aside from fruit and 2 dairy servings that is all the carbs I get. I am always eating a protein at every meal and I have been drinking my water. I have not had any pop or juices at all! For excersize I have been walking 2 - 3 times a week and go to a cardio class once a week.
so last Wenesday I had a wrap for lunch. It was an additional carb. I then had a slice of toast for supper (along with protein and veggies). It was a rare addition to my strict 1200 calorie low carb diet.
I gained 2lbs! I lost one within 2 days but here I am 4 days later and the 2nd one is still here. I just do not understand! what am I doing wrong??
