Hello ! We are going to Disney World the week before Thanksgiving with almost 5yo daughter and 2yo son. Staying at BLT and on the regular Dining plan. Would appreciate feedback on our ADRs. 5yo LOVEs princesses, 2yo very into Pooh.

Arrival day Saturday: 1900 Park Fare Dinner
Day 1 Sunday (MK): BOG lunch 1045, 6pm Cali Grill
Day 2 Monday (AK): Flametree BBQ lunch, QS Contempo Café dinner
Day 3 Tuesday (no park am; MVMCP pm): Chef Mickey noon brunch, QS park (maybe cosmic ray or Columbia harbor house)
Day 4 Wednesday (off from parks, hotel and downtown Disney): QS lunch hotel or Downtown Disney, 5pm Ohana
Day 5 Thursday (Epcot): Sunshine Seasons lunch, 5pm Via Napoli dinner
Day 6 Friday (MK): 1015 Crystal Palace breakfast, 6pm CRT dinner
Day 7 Saturday (HS): 5pm Hollywood Brown dinner
Departure day Sunday: QS breakfast Contempo café

Would love any general feedback on how this looks. Also, wondering:
-we do NOT have a Tusker House or Akershus reservation. Are these must do meals? Should we add these somewhere?
-is Crystal Palace and CRT in same day too much? I really don't want to drop BOG, Crystal Palace or CRT but don't want to overschedule
-we are over our TS credits because we have CRT, Cali Grill and Hollywood Brown derby booked (all our 2 credits). Shoud I drop one of these? Or just pay out of pocket for Hollywood Brown?

Thanks!!

Looks really good but I would switch brown derby out with sci fi if you can then you can take the other credit and book Tusker house. Looks really good though, have fun!

Arrival day Saturday: 1900 Park Fare DinnerThe characters are great here, food is OK
Day 1 Sunday (MK): BOG lunch 1045, 6pm Cali GrillAtmosphere at BOG is awesome, food is OK...N/O on CG
Day 2 Monday (AK): Flametree BBQ lunch, QS Contempo Café dinnerGreat choices for both
Day 3 Tuesday (no park am; MVMCP pm): Chef Mickey noon brunch, QS park (maybe cosmic ray or Columbia harbor house)Never been to CM for brunch, but breakfast has been good in past...CR and CHH are both good choices, Pecos Bills is another good one
Day 4 Wednesday (off from parks, hotel and downtown Disney): QS lunch hotel or Downtown Disney, 5pm OhanaContempo Cafe is close by to BLT, Earl of Sandwich at DS good...Ohana is among our faves
Day 5 Thursday (Epcot): Sunshine Seasons lunch, 5pm Via Napoli dinnerGreat choices for both...VN has a wonderful Picante Pizza
Day 6 Friday (MK): 1015 Crystal Palace breakfast, 6pm CRT dinnerSince DS is a Pooh fan, no better place than CP...CRT is the ultimate when it comes to princess dining
Day 7 Saturday (HS): 5pm Hollywood Brown dinnerN/O we always eat at 50s PTC when at HS
Departure day Sunday: QS breakfast Contempt caféGreat choice

Would love any general feedback on how this looks. Also, wondering:Character overload would be my only concern. Have your kids been around the characters before? Our DS when he was 5 hid under the table when Goofy came around but was fine with face characters. Some kids just react different to the characters
-we do NOT have a Tusker House or Akershus reservation. Are these must do meals? Should we add these somewhere?Heard good things about both, but again, my concern as stated above
-is Crystal Palace and CRT in same day too much? I really don't want to drop BOG, Crystal Palace or CRT but don't want to overscheduleIt may be. Keep CRT as its a tough one to land, then see if CP is available another day
-we are over our TS credits because we have CRT, Cali Grill and Hollywood Brown derby booked (all our 2 credits). Shoud I drop one of these? Or just pay out of pocket for Hollywood Brown? You know your kids, how will they fare at either of these? These type meals are slow, and can be tedious for kids if they get restless

Thanks!!

Hello ! We are going to Disney World the week before Thanksgiving a great time to go! Enjoy before you have school schedules that dictate your trip dates!
with almost 5yo daughter and 2yo son. Staying at BLT and on the regular Dining plan. Would appreciate feedback on our ADRs. 5yo LOVEs princesses, 2yo very into Pooh.

Arrival day Saturday: 1900 Park Fare Dinner
Day 1 Sunday (MK): BOG lunch 1045, 6pm Cali Grill great call, early Cali dinner so that the kids aren't too tired
Day 2 Monday (AK): Flametree BBQ lunch, QS Contempo Café dinner make sure to get a cupcake. They are so good and I love the seasonal choices.
Day 3 Tuesday (no park am; MVMCP pm): Chef Mickey noon brunch, QS park (maybe cosmic ray or Columbia harbor house) another great call, a big meal at Chef Mickey's beforehand and time to rest so that you can stay later at the party
Day 4 Wednesday (off from parks, hotel and downtown Disney): QS lunch hotel or Downtown Disney, 5pm Ohana 'Ohana is our family's favorite!
Day 5 Thursday (Epcot): Sunshine Seasons lunch, 5pm Via Napoli dinner paying OOP for this one? If y'all share a pizza, you could probably save your credits for something else.
Day 6 Friday (MK): 1015 Crystal Palace breakfast, 6pm CRT dinner These are spaced out far enough that I don't think that 2 in one day here is too much.
Day 7 Saturday (HS): 5pm Hollywood Brown dinner Honestly, we didn't love this one. We liked it but not enough to use 2 credits.
Departure day Sunday: QS breakfast Contempo café

We must be separated at birth! This is almost exactly a plan I would make:
1. Early meals for young kids
2. Eating close to the resort or in the park you are visiting. No wasted travel time to/from ADRs! The ability to take grumpy kids easily back to the room! So smart.

A couple notes:
1. I bet you have thought this through, but make sure your credits line up with the DDP. CRT, HBD, and Cali Grill are all 2 TS credits. *Edit: Oh, I see in your notes that you have considered this. I would drop HBD and pay OOP for burgers and shakes at Sci-Fi.
2. I haven't been to Tusker House, but we really enjoy Akershus. It is a GREAT spend of your DDP credits and so expensive OOP. I highly recommend it!

Thanks everyone!! Great feedback/tips. Sounds lie I am in the right track. Will consider cancelling/switching Hollywood brown derby with a single TS restaurant as it doesn't seem like this one is quite up to par for 2 credits

Looks like a pretty good overall plan, and you've included some of my favorite QS places.

My thoughts:

Brown Derby may not be much fun for kids that young. I'd switch it with Sci Fi or Prime Time - or even Pizzerizzo, if that's open by then.

I think you should add the 1900 Park Fare breakfast, since your DS likes Pooh, and this would be an additional visit besides Crystal Palace. I'd probably do this one instead of Chef Mickey's in order to get better food, but any slot where you can fit it in would be good.

I haven't been to Akershus since they added the princesses and changed the menu, so I don't have much comment on that one. Tusker House is my favorite restaurant.

You've got a lot of great choices already planned; looks like you are going to have great meals and memories!!

We love Tusker House and consider a must do. The food is a refreshing change from the usual, but still familiar enough for picky eaters. Plus the characters in safari gear are too cute! Also, check out Wolfgang Puck's counter service restaurant for a possibility for lunch at DD. The pizza is amazing!!
