fee for parking at Hard Rock hotel?

I have caught this in passing on a few posts ... is there a parking fee at the Univerasal hotels???
Do the Fan Club or Loews card cover the parking?

We stayed at the HR in April and never had to pay for parking. We just used our room key to get in and out, but was never charged for it.

We were charged $6 per night for self-park; $12 per night for valet parking.

I would count on being charged, that way you won't be ticked!

As far as I know, there is no way of escaping the charge.

Agree with Muushka here... you may get charged, you may not.
If you "politely" argue upon check-out, you might even get charges reversed!
