Fee for luggage transfer?

I read on another internet site that there had been reports of Disney charging a $25 fee to transfer luggage from one resort to another when a resort guest has a split stay. I don't believe this is true, but I wanted to check here to make sure before I post a correction on the other site!

And the tip could come close to $25 I guess, if you tip both at the departing resort and the arriving resort. I suppose someone could spin that to be a "fee" but I think that's a stretch to call it that.

Wow. You are a generous tipper. I usually just do a dollar or two per bag for each pickup/dropoff of luggage.

My DH is. He'll do $10 if we have 4 bags, $5 if we have 2. It's really rare, to never, for us to have just 2 bags. I overpack and can't think of a single trip I didn't have 2 bags for myself.

I tend to travel solo, so $25 sounded like a lot to me, but when you add it up like that I can see how it can quickly reach that! Plus never hurts to overtip!
